Fort Wayne Automation is an independent software and consulting practice founded by Marco Soe, a Dynamics 365 CE solution architect who has spent his career inside real implementations — healthcare benefits, industrial operations — doing the delivery work these tools are built for.

The thesis is simple: AI agents are about to do a lot of CRM configuration, and the teams that win will be the ones whose agents follow conventions, respect environments, and ask permission. We build the rails for that.
